The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5-TR) doesn't include food addiction. Yet, cheese is clearly addictive due to it's opioid compound called casomorphins, found in casein (the protein in mammal's milk). For mostly recovered food junkies like me, we don't need proof this is real. READ ON

The science of weight loss can be quite complex. Yet, when I realized that a golden key is eating plants as close to their original form as Mother Nature and Father Time intended, I laughed out loud at the simplicity of this solution. Choose to stop dieting. Instead, eat foods today that you'll eat forever (ie WPF). READ ON

Protein: Too much or not enough?

The World Health Organization recommends 5% of daily calories of protein. Dr T Colin Campbell at Cornell University is a top protein researcher and pioneer, and he recommends from 8% to 12% (more for athletes). Yet, too many people are over-loading their system with this vital macro-nutrient. READ ON
