What is Priming?

Motivational teacher, Tony Robbins, offers a morning ritual which incorporates breath, visualization, manifestation, and physical stretching practices. The focus in on excitement, gratitude, and love. Check out the video below, and watch how your day can unfold in more positive and possibly unexpected ways. The first time I did this 15-minute ritual, I then repeated it for seven consecutive days. Today, I'm hooked. And when I miss a day (or a week), I feel the difference.
