Dr Campbell is the founder of the T Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. His books, The China Study (2004) and Whole (2013), changed the way we look at food and food systems. As a proud participant of his Food and Sustainability and Plant-Based Nutrition certifications, I'm a big fan.

Dr Esselstyn has a BA from Yale and received his MD from Western Reserve University. He's the author of the best-selling book, Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease (2007), and directs the cardiovascular and prevention program at the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute. He has deeply inspired me to eat my greens.

Meet Dr Ornish

Dr Dean Ornish and Anne Ornish co-authored the best-selling book, Undo It! How Simple Lifestyle Changes Can Reverse Most Chronic Diseases (2019). It shows how to both prevent and reverse conditions such as heart disease, type-2 diabetes, and some cancers. His original research focused on heart disease and prostate cancer. Currently, he's taking on Alzheimer's and clinically testing disease reversal solutions through WPF diet and lifestyle interventions.

Dr Ornish's pioneering research has transformed our perception of what healthy living means and has inspired countless healthcare professionals to adopt a WPF diet and lifestyle treatment into their healing programs. He encourages a well-rounded approach for creating health and wellbeing: eat well, move more, stress less, love more.
