Meet Whistle Blowers + Solution Creators

Meet

Anderson + Kuhn

Film makers Kip Anderson and Keegan Kuhn are rocking the boat and making professional debunkers quite nervous. Their controversial and influential documentaries Cowspiracy (2014) and What the Health? (2017) are more food for thought. Any films which create intelligent conversations and positive change are like cool breezes on a scorching hot planet.

Meet

Sir David Attenborough

We're fortunate to be alive while this extraordinarily kind, intelligent, and adventurous man roams Mother Earth. Born in 1926, English broadcaster and nature historian Sir David created yet another phenomenal film, A Life on our Planet (2020). His life's work has focused on sharing the natural world and environmental education, and we'd all benefit by listening to him.

Meet

Greta Thunberg

Born in 2003, Swedish Generation Z activist and vegan Greta Thunberg is a boat-rocking leader in the climate change movement. Her Skolstrejk f0r Klimatt - School Strike for Climate - is one effective way to get our attention. Young people everywhere are forgoing school, and instead are focusing their precious energies on creating change and educating the world.

"To all of you who choose to look the other way, because you seem more frightened of the changes that prevent catastrophic climate change... than the catastrophic climate change itself:  your silence is worst of all."

- Greta Thunberg, Swedish Climate Change Activist + Influencer

Meet Alizé Carrère

Alizé Carrère is a National Geographic Explorer, filmmaker, and environmental anthropologist, who researches and documents human adaptations to environmental change. Her research focuses on climate change climatopias: the forward-looking plans that architects, designers, and futurists are drawing up in response to imminent environmental change. Her pragmatic optimism is contagious.

Meet Project Drawdown

Project Drawdown's mission is to: "help the world reach drawdown - the point in the future when levels of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere stop climbing and start to steadily decline, thereby stopping catastrophic climate change - as quickly, safely, and equitably as possible." Check out their accessible, achievable, and comprehensive Table of Solutions below. This list gives me tremendous amounts of hope.
